This week I exhibited in the Women’s Photography Exhibition, which took place at the Design Festa Gallery in Harajuku, Japan. Check out the Gallery website.
If you are based in Tokyo, or just travelling through, I highly recommend you visit, as they always present diverse and fascinating work from artists both Japanese and international.
They also coordinate the Design Festa event, a kind of gigantic trade show/exhibition, which offers live art and music, fashion runways, illustration, figurines, painting, sculpture and any other kind of creative expression you can think of.
I have both exhibited and attended as a patron before, and it is such a stimulating and inspiring (as well as overwhelming!) event. It occurs biannually, and is held at Tokyo Big Sight. Visit the Design Festa Event website.
